From the picture, looks like it's about ready to take on millions of motorbikes and other multi-axles vehicles.
Yes, the only problem now is getting roads at both ends of it so they can get on.
I passed this bridge on December 2009 but it was same. The construction of roads did not seem to start anytime at all.
